Malcolm Chapman
Clubhouse was Malcolm’s brain child for years before finally creating what it is today. Born and raised in Houston, with many stops on his way back permanently in 2023. He is married to his better half Hailey and perfect daughter Charlotte (everyone calls her Charlie). Originally hoping for a small coffee shop with a golf simulator in the back, to opening a 5200 sq. ft. golf paradise with family, Clubhouse Golf & Apparel has been a dream come true. If it happens at Clubhouse, Malcolm can help.

Hailey Chapman
Director of Marketing is just one of many director roles for Hailey. Hailey is an amazing mother to Charlotte and caretaker to husband Malcolm (everyone knows it’s true). She is an invaluable resource for Clubhouse’s corporate partners to maximize their impact in the community, curate specific packages catered to customer needs, and engage in the implementation along the way. She also makes sure Clubhouse gives back as much as possible to the local communities that support us. Hailey moves the needle every day.

Pam & Rick Chapman
Partners in Clubhouse, partners in business, and partners in life, Rick and Pam are the ones that made this dream a reality with their support and investment. Also born and raised in Houston with some detours along the way, are now back permanently as of 2022. If you ask them, they would probably tell you their title is “Lolli and Pops”, but they really are the brains behind the Clubhouse operation most days! They do a little bit of everything, from helping with the design of Clubhouse in the beginning, to everyday operations. Pam and Rick have been involved from day one of the process. Charlotte Chapman
Charlie is a Houston native since 2024 and loves working with her family! She makes everyone smile and is really loud! The Astros are her favorite and she is a future LPGA golfer. When she isn’t playing with her puppies, Chunky and Willa, she is working on all things Clubhouse! If you see her around please don’t let her put anything on the ground in her mouth! Charlie is very important in helping Hailey in the day to day grind of Director of Marketing because it is very stressful working a grown up job so Charlie makes sure to bring good vibes and a smile to work every day.
